Carla Gatto - Pastoral Care Associate

Carla was born in Norwalk, Connecticut, and graduated from The King’s College in New York. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona University in New York.

She serves as the Pastoral Care Associate and Director of Women’s Ministries at Grace Community Church, where she facilitates and oversees women’s Bible studies. In this role, Carla organizes gatherings and walks alongside women in various seasons of life, offering support grounded in biblical truth. She is passionate about fostering spiritual growth, building meaningful community, and creating opportunities for fellowship in a Christ-centered environment.

Carla has a deep love for people and values their unique stories. She seeks to meet individuals where they are—spiritually, relationally, and emotionally—and is committed to helping others integrate biblical truth into their daily lives.

Carla is married to Steve, and together they have two sons..
